Are dogs allowed at North Cottage?
Whilst we are dog lovers ourselves, we are sorry but we do not allow pets at North Cottage

What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled within one calendar month of arrival will not be eligible for a refund, those cancelled outside of this time will be refundable

How do I book?
Either contact us directly or click on the “Book Now” link which will take you to our Booking Agent’s website – Host & Stay

What is your check in and check out procedure?
Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10.30am on the last day. You will find a key in the keysafe by the front door, the code for this will be sent to you prior to your arrival

Is linen provided?
Yes, all bed linen and towels are provided for your stay
​

Are toiletries provided?
Yes; shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bubble bath, hand wash, washing up liquid, washing pods, dishwasher capsules and an all purpose spray are all here for your use

Is there a hairdryer?
Yes

Do you have a travel cot and highchair?
Yes

Can we store our bags after departure?
Yes, by prior arrangement

Is there bike storage?
Yes, there is lockable bike storage available for your use

Yes we do, it’s “rural” but serviceable!
